New Hakkeien

The baths were awesome great onsen. It was actually my first time having a town view at a ryokan I have only ever done countryside. Seeing fuji just there was incredible. Our room had a fantastic view. They have a great selection of beer and the food was great!

set up on top of the hill, I loved the location and view of the rooftop open air onsen. also, the breakfast buffet was very good and I’ve had a few Japanese hotel breakfast buffets after living here for 6 years.

The room we had was huge and facing Mt Fuji. Onsen was complete with indoor and outdoor areas.

The view from onsen was beautiful in the morning and the lobby was nice with a pond with koi-fish swimming around in it.
